The Where's mollie reading list

my book recommendations and favourites

Believe it or not, before 2020, I could probably count on two hands the number of books I’d read. As crazy as that may sound, I’d just never been called to books. This year, however, I’ve begun making up for it. I’ve read more books this year than I have done in my 27 years on this earth and I’m not stopping any time soon. This reading list contains all the books I’ve read so far this year, that I feel have positively contributed to my personal growth and development.

Enjoy!

A NEW EARTH - ECKHART TOLLE

My bible. The book that gifted me with awareness and the ability to recognise and separate from my ego. This will forever be my guide when I lose my way.

Breath - James Nestor

This book has the potential to change not only the way you choose to breathe but as a result? Your health and your life. How well do you breathe?

bringing your shadow out of the dark
- robert augustus masters

At a time when I could see my ego playing out but had no idea why it was playing out, this book gave me the opportunity to understand the darkest corners of my soul and reclaim the parts of myself that i’d neglected.

EMOTIONAL INTIMACY

Emotions link our bodies, thoughts, and conditioning at multiple levels. And the capacity to be intimate with our emotions, teaches Robert Augustus Masters, is essential for creating fulfilling relationships, relationships in which awareness, love, passion, and integrity function as one.

John Bradshaw - Homecoming

home coming - john bradshaw

Our inner child is with us every day, sometimes playing out in more destructive ways than we’d like. In this book, John Bradshaw shows us how to uncover and nurture that sometimes needy inner child. We can finally begin to understand our childhood and re-write our narratives.
