Well this was a completely accidental meeting.
But Ethos, what a PLEASURE it was to stumble across you.
Located in Oxford Circus on a street called Eastcastle St (tucked just behind Topshop), this gourmet vegetarian buffet offers the most mouth watering combinations of cheeses, lentils, vegetables and vegetarian awesomeness.
The interior is dressed with natural sunlight, tree figurines, and neatly laid out tables. A very fresh, natural and light environment parallel to the food that is served.
Once you’ve grabbed yourself a plate and had a quick browse at the selection of food available for munching, the challenge begins…
The food makes you want to pile your plate as high as the ceiling and it’s super easy to get carried away. By all means go crazy BUT you’ll get stung at the till, as the price of your meal is done by weight.
Butternut squash, spinach & feta – Beetroot rice with goats cheese – Zucchini and feta cakes – Sweet potato wedges – Pumpkin fritters
My meal came to £8 something (see my plate above) and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals i’ve had in London.
Straight up into my top 10 hotspots alongside my other vegetarian favourite – Mildred’s.
That’s going by the fact it’s actually super nutritious, super yummy and very reasonably priced for Central London.
PLUS you don’t feel like you owe the gym your body at the end of it…
Whether you’re mid shopping or just fancy something a little lighter but no less yummy… HEAD HERE.
They are open:
Mon – Fri 8am – 10pm, Saturday 10am – 10pm, Sun 12pm-5pm
