Patty & Bun, Bond Street – My favourite London Burger
So on Tuesday I headed up to London for a lunch date with an old friend. He had his eyes set on a burger from the word go, and so we headed to Patty&Bun on James St.
They have 2 in London one James St. (short walk from Bond Street Tube) and one Liverpool St. (short walk from Liverpool St. Tube).
(They also do takeaway!!!)

A tell tale sign of a good hotspot is always a queue outside the door which i think is no stranger to Patty & Bun.
We waited a mere 15 minutes to be seated, enough to get the taste buds well and truly excited.
You can view the menu on their official website here pattyandbun.co.uk 🙂
I went for the ‘Smokey Robinson’ burger without the tomato and mayo (me no likey). £8.50
So I had a beef patty (patty reminds me of spongebob sq pants haha!), cheese, mounds of caramelised onions, bacon, ketchup all in a beautiful brioche bun.
Now honestly, i am never usually a burger person. Never really something i crave (unless im on a night out and a maccy d’s cheeseburger comes into the question).
But honestly, this was SO GOOD.
A juicy sweet bun of goodness.
It was a shame when it ended…
We shared some Chips with rosemary salt which are an additional £2.75.
They were nice, but nothing special, perhaps the batch we had.
The real star of the show was the burger! Mmmmmm…
I have thought about this burger many a time since I indulged in it and I will be sure to pop in for another!
It’s a fairly quick eating experience so I would recommend it for lunch or a quite bite after work!
Perfect interval for a day shopping on Oxford Street as it’s a 5-10 minute walk.
But remember it can get VERY busy so if you’re hungry + desperate try go at less popular times!
