Drinks at Vertigo 42, London

I really wouldn’t say I’m one to hang out in Champagne bars, but it was a beautiful day, I was in London and my friend told me about this beauty…

Views like that blow my mind.
And you know me, I LOVE a good view.
The bar runs all the way around the top floor, with views in all directions of London.
If you plan to go in the daylight, make sure you request the seats facing the Thames/London Eye, as it will give you the best view.
Personally I prefer London skyline at night when it’s lit up and all twinkly, so I’d suggest going about 7pm (an hour before sunset) watching the sunset and then watching London light up.
Drinks start at £14, which considering you are in London and have an unreal view, isn’t actually too bad.
PLUS, you are drinking champagne based drinks.
Service was amazing, it was pretty peaceful and because it’s reservations only it’s not over crowded and it feels very exclusive.
Perfect for a special occasion, a catch up with an old friend, or a celebratory drink after your exams have finished! Highly recommend!
